Re: January Council of Chiefs Meeting

Your Section C-1B Officers are growing in excitement with the swiftly approaching January Council of Chiefs Meeting. The meeting is set to be held at the Cranberry Country Lodge, Tomah, WI on January 28-29. Attached is the Agenda for our January COC.

The meeting officially starts at 10:00 am Saturday morning. Though, all Lodges are invited to come in on Friday night for fellowship. There are 2 double beds and a futon in each room so we plan on putting 6 scouts to a room and 3 adults to a room. Allowing our cost for the COC to remain low. Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday Breakfast, water slide, and a bed to sleep in Saturday night are all included in the cost of our great January COC.

Participants should remember to bring full Class A uniform with OA sash, a notebook and writing utensil, COC materials, personal toiletries, and most importantly swim wear.

During the C.O.C each lodge will give an update to the Section regarding lodge activity. Please make these presentations thorough but less than 5 minutes in length. If you choose to use a PowerPoint to enhance you're presentation be sure to have your PowerPoint pre-loaded onto a flash drive and prepared to transfer for your presentation. In addition to the Lodge Key three the Section COC is open to any lodge leader who is interested in Section Operations.
